I engaged Leonie Dißmann-Fuchs at Vossius & Partner to assist with a trademark clearance and filing for a new product line. Her background in Intellectual Property Law, and the recognition she has received in that field, was evident in her thorough analysis of potential conflicts. She provided a detailed report that was technically sound and demonstrated a solid grasp of the legal landscape, which was reassuring given her relatively short time in practice. However, the experience was somewhat mixed. While the substantive work was good, there were noticeable delays in email responses, sometimes taking several business days for a simple update. This created some anxiety during a time-sensitive process. Additionally, the cost structure, while explained, felt a bit opaque for a general practice matter that leaned heavily on her IP expertise. For straightforward IP tasks where immediate responsiveness isn't critical, she is certainly capable. My expectations for a seamless client experience, however, were only partially met. I would consider her again for specific, well-defined IP projects, but with clearer communication protocols established upfront.
