Competent on health care compliance, but communication was inconsistent

I engaged Leah Stewart at Reed, Claymon, Meeker, Krienke & Spurck to assist my small medical practice with a state licensing review and compliance audit. Her background in Health Care Law, including her recognition by Best Lawyers, was evident in her thorough understanding of the regulatory framework. She correctly identified several areas where our documentation needed strengthening. However, the experience was mixed. While the legal work itself was solid, response times to emails were sometimes longer than expected, and explanations of next steps could have been clearer. For straightforward regulatory guidance, she is certainly knowledgeable, especially given her experience since graduating from UVA Law in 2002. My expectations for a seamless process weren't fully met, but the core legal outcome was achieved adequately.
