While his legal acumen is undeniable, as noted by his Best Lawyers recognition, practical execution had shortcomings. Response times to emails were often slower than expected, sometimes taking several business days, which created anxiety during time-sensitive phases. Explanations, while accurate, could be overly technical and brief, leaving me to seek clarification on next steps. For straightforward legal matters, his competence is solid, but if you require frequent updates and proactive communication, you may need to manage expectations. He resolved the core legal issue adequately, but the client service aspect felt merely transactional.
