Exceptional Corporate Counsel for a Complex Acquisition

Larry Mandala provided outstanding guidance during our company's recent acquisition of a smaller competitor. His deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, honed over nearly four decades, was immediately apparent. He skillfully navigated complex issues related to business organization structuring and advertising law compliance for the newly combined entity. Larry’s strategic thinking, clear communication, and leadership of the corporate group at Munck Wilson Mandala were instrumental in achieving a seamless and favorable outcome. His recognition in these practice areas is well-deserved. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any significant corporate matter in Dallas.
