Competent but communication could be more consistent

Laurie Gildan at Greenberg Traurig handled the acquisition of a small commercial property for our business. Her deep experience in real estate law, evidenced by her multiple 'Lawyer of the Year' recognitions, was clear in the thoroughness of her due diligence and contract review. The legal work itself was solid. However, our experience was mixed regarding responsiveness. There were periods where follow-ups took longer than expected, and at times we felt slightly out of the loop on minor procedural steps. For straightforward, high-stakes matters, her Harvard-honed expertise is undeniable, but the client service aspect felt merely adequate.
