Larry Gangnes provided exceptional counsel during a difficult shareholder derivative lawsuit. His deep expertise in securities litigation and D&O liability was immediately apparent. He navigated the board through the investigation with a clear strategy, and his background chairing Lane Powell's practice groups gave us great confidence. The outcome was favorable and far better than we anticipated. While his response time could occasionally be slower during peak periods, the quality of his strategic thinking more than compensated. I would not hesitate to recommend him for complex corporate governance matters.
