Adequate representation in a difficult custody modification

Mr. Jorgensen's decades of experience in Colorado family law were evident during my child support modification case. His knowledge of the statutes and local court procedures was solid, and his recognition in the field is understandable. The outcome was fair and aligned with my goals. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. Communication was primarily through his paralegal, and responses to emails often took several business days. While I never doubted his competence, I sometimes felt like just another file in a very busy practice. For straightforward legal matters, his expertise is sufficient, but those desiring frequent, direct attorney contact may need to adjust their expectations.
