As part of this transaction, InterGen’s shareholders contributed $700 million of new equity;NorthWestern Energy in its $900 million acquisition of 11 hydro-electric generating facilities in Montana from PPL Montana and a related bridge financing facility;InterGen N.V. in a refinancing of corporate bond, term loan, letter of credit and revolving credit facilities;Samchully Asset Management Co., Ltd. in its $170 million acquisition from Marathon Oil Corp.
