Lance Hough is an associate in the firm’s litigation section practicing in the areas of tort, product liability, and class actions at both the trial and appellate levels. Lance has represented local governments and companies in an array of matters including administrative appeals, environmental remediation, property taxation, land use disputes, business disputes, and local government liability defense.Lance received his J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law.
He served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Natural Resources Journal, earned a Natural Resources and Environmental Law Certificate, and received a Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation Scholarship Award and the Albert E. Utton Natural Resources Law Award.While in law school, Lance served as an extern for the New Mexico Court of Appeals, the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Mexico, and the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office.
