Competent handling of a complex employment contract dispute

Mr. Jehl represented our small business in a dispute with a former executive. His knowledge of employment law and the recognition he's received in that field were evident. He was thorough in his analysis of the non-compete agreement and provided a solid strategy. However, communication was sometimes slower than expected, with responses taking several days during critical phases. While the outcome was ultimately favorable, the process felt more reactive than proactive at times. For straightforward matters, his competence is clear, but for clients needing constant updates, expectations should be set early regarding availability.
