Kyle Kinney

KYLE L. KINNEY represents Defendants in worker’s compensation matters and insurance matters throughout the State of Alabama. He also works with employers regarding employment matters and related claims such as claims for retaliatory discharge and outrage. Mr. Kinney is asked to speak to various organizations on workers compensation and claims handling matters. He speaks annually at the Florida Workers Compensation Seminar and the Georgia Workers Compensation Seminar. He is also a member of Alabama State Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association, Workers Compensation Section of the Alabama State Bar and the Workers Compensation Section of the Birmingham Bar. Mr. Kinney graduated from The University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in Marketing in 1988.
