Kyle Zrenda is an associate on the firm’s civil litigation team, practicing in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance law. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 2013, and the Connecticut Bar in 2014. He is also admitted to practice in Federal District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York.Prior to joining Suisman Shapiro, Attorney Zrenda was an associate at Vigorito, Barker, Patterson, Nichols and Porter, LLP in New York where he focused his practice on construction site accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and health care law.
In his previous role, Attorney Zrenda represented physicians, nurses, medical groups, hospitals, property owners, general contractors, and subcontractors throughout New York and Connecticut. His experience as a defense litigator provides him with a unique perspective on the personal injury environment which is invaluable as a trial lawyer. Prior to entering private practice, Kyle served as a clerk and law clerk to the Connecticut Judicial Branch.Attorney Zrenda is a native of East Lyme, Connecticut, where he attended East Lyme High School.
He received his B.A. from Boston College in 2010 and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2013 where he was an Associate Editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review. During law school, Kyle interned with the State’s Attorney’s Office in New London, Connecticut, where he aided in the prosecution of misdemeanors and felonies from arraignment to appeal.
