Kristyne Kennedy is an accomplished civil litigation attorney with extensive experience practicing employment law, including litigation, trial experience and providing clients with legal advice and counseling.Ms. Kennedy’s practice is primarily devoted to employment litigation, with experience litigating issues such as employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, benefits, whistleblower, overtime and unpaid wages, leave and disability issues, employment contracts, workplace torts, and other employment law claims under various state and federal laws.
