Competent on complex ERISA matters, but communication could improve

With her 30 years of experience and recognition in Employee Benefits law, I had confidence in her technical expertise, which was evident. She successfully navigated the ERISA complexities and the corporate transaction aspects. However, my experience was mixed. While the legal outcome was solid, there were noticeable delays in email responses, and explanations sometimes assumed a level of legal knowledge I didn't possess. For the premium rate, I expected more proactive updates and clearer guidance on process timelines.
