He also represents employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U.S. Department of Labor (Wage and Hour Division), National Labor Relations Board, and State Labor and Human Rights Commissions.Kevin has considerable experience in providing anti-harassment training and manager and supervisor training, drafting employment-related agreements including severance agreements, employment agreements, deferred-compensation agreements, executive-compensation arrangements, and reviewing employee policy manuals.
