Competent handling of my mother's estate dispute

I hired Kevin Khong to assist with a contested aspect of my late mother's trust. However, communication was sometimes a challenge. Responses to emails could take several days, and I occasionally felt I had to follow up to get updates on procedural steps. While his legal advice was sound, managing expectations around timelines and costs could have been clearer from the outset. For a straightforward legal issue within his recognized practice areas, he gets the job done, but be prepared to be proactive in staying informed throughout the process.
