Competent on labor law, communication could improve

Kevin Kinney handled a complex non-compete agreement and separation for our Milwaukee-based company. His deep knowledge of labor law was evident, and his recognition in the field is well-deserved. The legal outcome was solid. However, response times were sometimes slower than expected, and explanations of the process could have been clearer for our management team. For straightforward, high-stakes labor matters, he is a capable attorney, but the client experience felt more transactional than collaborative.
