Eric Morris
Our Denver-based construction company hired Kevin Fasic to handle a complex wage dispute involving Davis Bacon prevailing wage requirements on a federal project. With his 20+ years of experience in both construction and employment law, he immediately understood the nuances of our situation. His management-side perspective was invaluable; he not only defended us effectively but also helped us implement new payroll protocols to prevent future issues. Kevin is exceptionally knowledgeable, and his advice is always practical and grounded in real-world business impact. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that during particularly busy periods, there were occasional delays in email responses, which our team sometimes found challenging. Overall, he is a tremendous asset, and we confidently recommend him to any business navigating the intersection of employment and construction law.
