Expert guidance on a complex commercial lease

We engaged Kenneth Bills to negotiate a commercial lease for our new distribution center. With over four decades of experience, his knowledge of real estate law was immediately apparent. He expertly navigated complex clauses related to operating expenses and build-out responsibilities, protecting our interests thoroughly. His background representing both developers and tenants gave him a unique strategic perspective. While his billing rates reflect his stature, and response times can be a day or two during busy periods, the value of his counsel was undeniable. His recent recognition as 'Lawyer of the Year' is well-deserved. We felt completely secure with him handling this critical transaction.
