Competent on complex medical defense, communication could improve

Mr. Larywon represented our hospital in a challenging malpractice suit. His deep knowledge of New York health care law and his recognition in the field were evident; he clearly understood the intricate medical and legal nuances. The defense strategy he developed was solid. However, the experience was marked by significant delays in returning calls and emails, which added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. While the outcome was ultimately favorable, the process felt less collaborative than we had hoped. For straightforward, high-stakes defense work, he is capable, but client management could be more attentive.
