A Trusted Advisor for Our Partnership Agreement

Our small manufacturing business needed to formalize a partnership agreement with a new investor, and we selected Kenneth Laino based on his extensive background in business organizations. His 47 years of experience, particularly his early career in New York corporate and securities law, gave us immense confidence. He expertly guided us through the complexities of structuring our LLC, ensuring our interests were protected while fostering a fair relationship with our new partner. His recognition in corporate law and commercial litigation was evident in how he anticipated potential disputes and built safeguards into the documents. Mr. Laino has a calm, methodical approach that is deeply reassuring. The one area where we occasionally felt a slight delay was in email response times during the busier phases of the engagement, though his substantive follow-up was always thorough. Overall, his counsel from Schneider Bell was invaluable. For any Cleveland-area business navigating formation, contracts, or partnership issues, his depth of knowledge from the University of Michigan to decades of Ohio practice makes him an excellent choice.
