Competent and experienced, but communication could improve

Kenneth Isley handled a complex land use and zoning issue for our family farm. His deep knowledge of agriculture law, honed over 37 years, was evident, and his recognition by Best Lawyers is well-deserved. He provided sound legal strategy and navigated the local regulations effectively. However, the experience was somewhat mixed. At times, there were significant delays in receiving responses to emails, and the process felt less collaborative than we had hoped. While the legal outcome was satisfactory, clearer communication about timelines and costs upfront would have been beneficial. He is undoubtedly a skilled attorney, but the client service aspect felt just adequate.
