Competent on complex energy M&A, but communication lagged

Kelsey Green handled a complex asset acquisition for our midstream energy company. Her technical knowledge of oil and gas law and M&A process, honed over a decade at a top firm, was evident and her recognition in those fields is well-deserved. The final work product was solid. However, our experience was marked by inconsistent communication; responses to time-sensitive emails often took several days, and updates were infrequent unless we initiated contact. For straightforward matters, this would be fine, but for a fast-paced deal, the lag created unnecessary stress. She is clearly capable, but the client service aspect fell short of expectations.
