Competent but could improve

Kelley Galica Peck was knowledgeable in handling our family's trust and estate matter, especially given her recognition as a 'Lawyer of the Year' in this area. She navigated the complexities of our case with expertise, leveraging her background in litigation and trust disputes. However, communication could have been more consistent—we often waited longer than expected for updates. While her legal advice was sound, the process felt somewhat impersonal. For straightforward estate planning, she was competent, but we wished for a more responsive experience.
