Competent for our LLC financing, but communication was inconsistent

Kelley Tracy at KMK handled the financing for our small business LLC's expansion. Her knowledge of commercial finance and business structures was evident, and we appreciated her recognition in those areas. The legal work on the loan documents was solid. However, our experience was mixed. There were periods where we waited several days for email replies, which created some anxiety during time-sensitive negotiations. While the final outcome was satisfactory, the process felt less guided than we expected for a firm of this caliber. She is clearly capable, but the client service aspect didn't fully match the technical expertise. We achieved our goal, but the journey had some frustrating pauses.
