Experienced and knowledgeable, but communication could improve

Keith Barnett handled a complex commercial property acquisition for our investment group. His deep knowledge of Boston's real estate development landscape, honed over three decades, was evident, and his recognition in the field is well-deserved. The transaction closed successfully. However, our experience was mixed. While his analysis was thorough, we sometimes experienced delays in receiving responses to time-sensitive emails, which created some unnecessary anxiety. For straightforward matters, his expertise is solid, but for clients who prioritize constant, proactive updates, the communication style may feel a bit hands-off. He is a competent attorney who gets the job done.
