A consummate professional who guided us through a complex real estate dispute

When our company faced a high-stakes commercial real estate litigation, we turned to Keith Hendricks. His 36 years of experience were immediately evident. He meticulously dissected the contractual complexities and developed a strategy that was both aggressive and pragmatic. His background in commercial litigation and the recognition he has received in that field are clearly well-deserved. Keith’s preparation was exhaustive, and his calm, confident demeanor in negotiations was invaluable. He secured a settlement that not only protected our financial interests but also preserved a critical business relationship. Working with Keith and the team at Moyes Sellers & Hendricks was a decision I would make again without hesitation. His expertise is a formidable asset for any business facing legal challenges.
