I had the pleasure of working with Kathryn H. Wade on a complex patent prosecution matter involving biotechnology innovations. Her deep expertise in intellectual property law, particularly in the biotech and life sciences sector, was immediately evident. Dr. Wade's background in patent prosecution—both domestically and internationally—proved invaluable as she navigated intricate regulatory and legal hurdles with precision. Her recognition as 'Lawyer of the Year' in Biotechnology and Life Sciences Practice is well-deserved, and her ability to translate intricate scientific concepts into legally sound strategies was outstanding. The final outcome was highly satisfactory, and her guidance was instrumental in securing robust patent protection for our innovations. While I occasionally wished for quicker responses to emails, especially during tight deadlines, the quality of her work more than made up for this. I have no doubt that her extensive experience and specialized knowledge will continue to benefit clients in this niche field.
