Kathryn Farnsworth at Gingras, Thomsen & Wachs handled my medical malpractice case after a surgical error. She built a strong initial case and secured a fair settlement. However, the experience was mixed on the client service side. There were periods of several days where I wouldn't receive updates on file developments, which created some anxiety. While her legal strategy was sound, managing expectations around timelines and communication could be improved. She is clearly a capable attorney in the Milwaukee area, especially for personal injury and malpractice matters, but the client experience felt more transactional than collaborative at times.
