Kathie Caminiti handled a complex ERISA benefits dispute for our company. Her 38 years of experience and recognition in employment law were evident from the start. She clearly understood the nuances of the case, and her background as co-chair of the Pay Equity practice group at Fisher Phillips was reassuring. The legal strategy she developed was sound and ultimately led to a satisfactory resolution. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal at times. While her expertise is undeniable, there were periods where we experienced longer-than-expected wait times for updates or clarifications. Responses to emails could be delayed, which created some anxiety during critical phases. For straightforward legal advice on employment matters, her depth of knowledge is a significant asset. For clients who prioritize frequent, proactive communication, setting very clear expectations at the outset would be advisable.
