A vital part of our legal team, Kathleen is the head of the firm’s Appellate Department; and has been a partner of this firm since 2001. Also has been a frequent lecturer and panel member, including for The Supreme Court of Ohio Judicial College, the OAJ, and The Judicial Conference of the Eight Judicial District.Taking particular interest in the academic success of young adults, she has acted as a volunteer judge for the Ohio High School Mock Trial program sponsored by the Ohio Center for Law Related Education. She also has volunteered in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 3Rs program teaching constitutional law to tenth grade students in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
