A Lifeline After a Devastating Car Accident

After a severe car accident left me with complex injuries and a denied initial claim, I was referred to Kathleen St. John. Her 43 years of experience, particularly her leadership of the appellate department at Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy, was immediately evident. Kathleen meticulously dissected my case, explaining the nuanced path of personal injury litigation and the potential for appeal with a clarity I desperately needed. Her recognition by Best Lawyers® was no surprise. She crafted a compelling appellate brief that ultimately secured a settlement far exceeding the original offer. Kathleen’s professionalism is matched only by her genuine compassion. For anyone in Cleveland facing a legal uphill battle, her expertise is indispensable.
