Ms. Zelenock represents national and regional lenders, mortgage bankers and loan servicers, with emphasis on capital markets, conduit and bank financing, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily and manufactured housing lending. She has extensive leadership experience in connection with the organization, structuring, loan program design and day-to-day multistate operation and compliance of portfolio, conduit and MBS and ABS loan originators and contributors. She also has extensive experience in matters related to the operations and licensing of mortgage bankers, correspondents and servicers, and negotiation of loan modifications, workouts, and management of related litigation. Ms. Zelenock makes use of innovative transacation management and document automation software that she helped to develop as as part of her practice.
