An exceptional advocate during a complex financial investigation

Facing a daunting SEC inquiry, our family needed a strategic and unflappable attorney. Katherine Earle Yanes was precisely that. Her deep background in white-collar defense, honed over nearly three decades, was immediately evident. She meticulously dissected the complex financial details, drawing on her economics honors from Williams College to build a formidable defense. Her recognition as a Lawyer of the Year was well-earned through her calm, commanding presence in negotiations. Katherine secured a result that protected our future entirely. Her professionalism at Kynes, Markman & Felman is unmatched. We are profoundly grateful for her expertise and guidance.
