Expert and compassionate advocate in employment law

I consulted Kate Mueting after facing wrongful termination from my previous employer. Her deep expertise in labor and employment law was immediately apparent. She took the time to thoroughly explain the complexities of my case, referencing relevant statutes and potential strategies with the confidence of someone who has been doing this for nearly two decades. Her recognition as a Rising Star and in Benchmark Litigation is well-deserved; she is a formidable and strategic litigator. Kate and her team at Sanford Heisler Sharp were relentless in pursuing a favorable settlement. The only minor critique is that during particularly intense phases of the case, communication from junior staff could occasionally lag, requiring a follow-up. Overall, I felt represented by a true professional who is both brilliant and genuinely invested in her clients' justice.
