Competent and experienced, but communication could improve

Karl Fritton handled a complex employee termination case for our Philadelphia-based company. His 44 years of experience in employment law for management were evident, and his recognition by Best Lawyers is well-deserved. He provided sound legal strategy. However, response times were sometimes slower than expected, and we occasionally felt we had to follow up for updates. For straightforward matters, his expertise from Littler is solid, but the client service aspect felt just adequate. He knows the law, but managing client expectations could be better.
