A trusted advisor for our family business transition

We engaged Karen Martino Valle to handle the complex transition of our multi-generational family business into an LLC and to create a related estate plan. Her 50+ years of experience were immediately evident. She has a deep, practical understanding of business organizations, and her recognized expertise in both business law and trusts was invaluable in creating a cohesive strategy. Karen was thorough, patient in explaining our options, and her drafting was impeccable. The process gave us immense confidence. While her billing was fair for the high-quality work, there were a few instances where communication lagged slightly, requiring a follow-up call. Overall, working with Karen at O'Connell & Aronowitz was an excellent decision. We have a solid legal structure in place and feel well-prepared for the future, thanks to her guidance.
