Competent and recognized, but communication could improve

However, my experience was a mixed bag. While Karen is undoubtedly knowledgeable, her communication was inconsistent. There were times I waited over a week for email replies on time-sensitive matters, which added to my stress. Her support staff was polite but often couldn't provide updates without her direct input. For straightforward legal work, she is a capable attorney from a reputable firm. Just be prepared to manage your expectations regarding responsiveness and to be proactive in following up if you need timely information.
