Competent on employment case, but communication was inconsistent

However, for a firm of this caliber, I expected more proactive communication. There were periods where updates were sparse, and responses to emails sometimes took longer than anticipated. While her recognition by Best Lawyers is well-deserved for her legal acumen, the client service experience felt more transactional. She is a capable attorney who achieved the needed result, but the process could have been smoother with better client management.
