However, the experience was mixed. There were periods where we waited several days for email responses, which created anxiety during time-sensitive negotiations. While the legal work was competent, we sometimes felt like just another file, lacking the proactive guidance we expected. For straightforward real estate or corporate matters, Kai is certainly capable, but you may need to manage your expectations regarding client communication and the personal touch.
