Competent on ERISA matters, but communication could improve

I hired Justin Linder for guidance on a complex employee benefits issue related to a company merger. His background in ERISA law, as noted by his recognition in that field, was evident. He provided technically sound advice that addressed our core concerns. However, the experience was somewhat mixed. Responses to emails were slower than expected, sometimes taking several days, which added stress during time-sensitive negotiations. While his legal analysis was solid, the overall client management felt a bit detached. He is clearly knowledgeable in his practice area, but the service aspect didn't fully match the expertise.
