Knowledgeable but Could Improve Communication

I worked with Attorney Judd G. Rosen on a personal injury case, and while he was clearly knowledgeable about the law, I felt the communication could have been more consistent. His background in personal injury litigation was evident in his strategic approach, and I appreciated his efforts to achieve a fair settlement. However, there were times when I had to wait longer than expected for responses to my questions, which added some unnecessary stress to the process. Additionally, while his experience from the University of Miami School of Law was a strong foundation, I would have liked a bit more clarity on the timeline and potential outcomes upfront. Overall, Judd is competent and recognized for his work in personal injury cases, but I believe there’s room for improvement in client engagement and setting expectations.
