Competent but communication could be more consistent
Juanita Galvis handled my small business's wrongful termination case. Her expertise in employment law was evident, and her recognition by Global Law Experts gave me confidence. The legal strategy she developed was sound and we achieved a reasonable settlement. However, there were periods where updates were sparse, and responses to emails sometimes took longer than expected. While the outcome was satisfactory, the process felt a bit distant at times. For straightforward employment matters, she is certainly capable, but managing client expectations on communication would elevate the experience.
