His broad experience, particularly the recognition I saw in real estate law, was evident in how he navigated the title company and drafted precise contingencies to protect my interests. His background in both public and private sectors seemed to give him a practical, well-rounded perspective on the deal. The legal work itself was solid, and the closing ultimately went through successfully. However, my experience was marked by inconsistent communication. There were periods of several days where my emails went unanswered, and getting updates sometimes required multiple follow-ups from my end. While his paralegal was responsive, I expected more direct engagement from the managing partner on a matter of this size. Additionally, the final billing, while reasonable for the market, was higher than the initial estimate provided, which was a point of friction. In summary, Juan Manuel Lorenzo is clearly a capable attorney who gets results, but the client service experience and management of expectations fell short of the expertise demonstrated in his legal analysis.
