Shirley Flores
Our company retained Joshua Force to handle a high-stakes insurance coverage dispute stemming from a significant maritime incident. With over three decades of experience, his deep knowledge of both admiralty law and complex insurance defense was immediately evident. He navigated the intricate legal and factual issues with a strategic clarity that was reassuring. It's no surprise he's been recognized as Lawyer of the Year in multiple litigation fields; his courtroom presence and negotiation skills are top-tier. Mr. Force and his team at Sher Garner were thoroughly prepared and achieved an excellent settlement that protected our interests. The only slight critique would be that communication from junior associates could sometimes lag during non-critical phases, but Mr. Force himself was always accessible for major developments. We would confidently engage his services again for any serious commercial litigation matter.
