A knowledgeable and diligent advocate for my family's estate

I hired Joshua Rose to help my siblings and me navigate the probate process for our late father's estate, which included a small family farm and some complex investment accounts. While his firm's reputation in Trusts and Estates is well-known, I was initially unsure about his relatively few years of practice. However, Joshua proved to be exceptionally thorough and patient, explaining Missouri's specific inheritance laws in a way we could all understand. His guidance from Saint Louis University was evident in his meticulous preparation of all documents. The recognition he's received in this field is clearly earned. The only slight drawback was that during a particularly busy period, there were a couple of days where email responses took longer than expected.
