Exceptional M&A and Private Equity Counsel for Our Acquisition

When our Indianapolis-based tech company was navigating a complex acquisition by a private equity-backed buyer, we turned to Josh Hollingsworth at Barnes & Thornburg. From our initial consultation, it was clear we were in expert hands. Josh’s deep, 25-year experience in M&A and corporate finance, particularly his leadership role on the firm’s Private Equity team, was immediately evident. He didn't just process the transaction; he provided strategic foresight, anticipating regulatory hurdles and structuring terms that protected our founding team’s interests while ensuring the deal’s viability. His guidance through the leveraged buyout mechanics was invaluable, demystifying complex financial structures with clear, actionable advice. The recognition he has received, including his recent Lawyer of the Year awards, is well-deserved and speaks to the caliber of counsel he provides. Josh and his team were consistently responsive, meticulous, and operated with a calm professionalism that instilled confidence during every high-stakes negotiation. The transaction closed smoothly and on schedule, a direct result of his exceptional stewardship. For any business in Indiana facing significant corporate finance or M&A events, I cannot recommend Josh Hollingsworth more highly.
