When my husband was seriously injured in a complex accident involving a commercial vessel and a truck at the Port of New Orleans, we were overwhelmed. Finding Joshua Rubenstein was our turning point. His deep, 28-year knowledge of both maritime and personal injury law was immediately evident. He explained the nuances of applying admiralty law versus state regulations in a way we could finally understand. Having a lawyer who grew up here and understands the local industry and courts was invaluable. His background as a champion extemporaneous speaker translated directly into his preparation and negotiation—he was articulate, precise, and formidable. The recognition he's received in maritime and personal injury litigation is clearly earned. Mr. Rubenstein and his team at Blake Jones Law Firm managed every detail with professionalism and genuine compassion, securing a settlement that ensures my husband's long-term care and our family's future. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
