Joe’s experience includes virtually all phases of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and development. He is also skilled in advising on affordable housing-related endeavors, having represented syndicators, investors and developers in low-income housing tax credit transactions on a nationwide scale.Joe’s clients include developers, investors, funds and commercial property owners. He drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, leases, partnership and operating agreements; facilitates and negotiates the financing involved in real estate transactions; and coordinates due diligence.Joe has been involved in transactions ranging from millions to tens of millions of dollars in value.
