When we finally connected, his analysis of the contract's termination clauses and digital rights provisions was thorough and demonstrated his deep expertise in the field. He clearly knows the intricacies of copyright law inside and out. However, the overall experience was mixed. While the final work product was solid, there were significant delays in responsiveness. Emails often went unanswered for a week or more, and scheduling follow-up calls was a challenge. For a matter that felt urgent to me, the pace felt glacial. His billing was precise and as expected for a firm of this caliber in New York, but I didn't feel proactively guided through the process.
