Competent and experienced, but communication could improve

I hired Mr. Koutcher after a serious workplace back injury. His 31 years of experience and recognition in Workers' Compensation Law were evident; he clearly knew the system and secured a fair settlement. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. While his expertise from Pearson Koutcher Law is solid, there were periods where I felt out of the loop, waiting for updates that took longer than expected. For straightforward claims, his deep knowledge of Pennsylvania law is an asset. My case had a positive outcome, but managing client expectations and responsiveness seemed like an area for improvement, given his otherwise strong professional standing.
